The Problem
With the exponential growth of AI technology, the demand has surged. The digital agency cyperfection grants their employees access to premium AI tool subscriptions. However, requiring each employee to log into the company account every time poses a significant inconvenience. Moreover, the process is compounded by the issue of automatic logouts occurring whenever another employee signs in with the agency account.
Process
As a design intern, I was engaged in the entire process from day one, starting with the initial concept right through to the final development stage of the AI Dashboard. The project comprised the following steps:
Planning dashboard content and defining key metrics.
Developing wireframes to outline user interface structure.
Designing Figma prototypes and crafting UX Writing.
Creating, conducting and moderating user tests to refine layouts based on user feedback.
Handing off to developers with comprehensive documentation for implementation.
Solution
Together with the team, I was able to find a sustainable solution to the problem during my internship for cyperfection. With the AI Dashboard, employees have access to all of the company's AI Tools subscriptions without having to log in every time. The data of the individual employees always remains protected, each employee can only see their own conversations.
Outcome
From the onset of its development, the employee feedback was exceedingly positive. Looking back, we continue to take pride in its triumph. The AI Dashboard has propelled us step further by enhancing efficiency and providing intelligent insights that facilitate smarter workplace practices.
